Barcelona, Wednesday 8th of February 2012 –TOP MANAGEMENT, international engineering firm that specialises in logistic parks, industrial facilities, retail parks and cold warehouses, has been appointed by GAZELEY FRANCE to finalise the follow-up of the construction works carried out in a warehouse west of Paris.
It’s a 25.000m2 logistic warehouse with five heavy goods parkings and 80 light weight vehicles’ parking places and a sprinklers tank.
Top Management has been commissioned as Project Monitor to carry out the technical follow-up of the project. The challenge lies in the fact Top Management took on the mission when the works were in a very advanced phase which in its turn implies that the engineers assigned have had to familiarize themselves with the project in very short space of time. The hand over is foreseen in five months. This is a new chanllenge for Top Management France.
