MEDZ repeats with Top Management

Barcelona, Monday 10th of October 2011 – Top Management, international engineering firm that specialises in logistic parks, industrial facilities, retail parks and cold warehouses, will carry out a programming mission for the firm MEDZ.

MEDZ, branch of La Caisse de Depôt et Gestion main institutional investor in Morocco, realises and manages technological parks within the framework of the national pact for “l’èmergence industrielle du Royaume du Maroc 2009-15”.

Top Management offers consulting services for the development project of a new logistic park, which MEDZ owns, in the north of the country whose mission is to integrate, following the cluster model, regional competences.

Throughout the mission’s duration Top Management will technically assess MEDZ on the adequacy of the future park to its environment, that is, on the definition of the services to be offered, on the infrastructure’s analysis, on the park’s optimisation and layout and on the characteristics’ definition of the park’s facilities. This will allow conceiving, right from the outset, a first category logistic park that complies with all international standards and therefore is made attractive to companies which wish to locate themselves in the area.

Top Management has carried out this same type of mission for MEDZ in two other industrial parks; Jorf Lasfar geared towards both heavy industries and industrial logistics and Kenitra geared towards the automotive sector.
