A few weeks ago, the Top Management tribe gathered in Menorca (Spain) for two days to celebrate our annual seminar.
This is always an exciting time since we have the opportunity to welcome new team members, share time with our colleagues and create synergies between the different Business Units that make up the company.

On the first day we held a presentation session in which key topics were discussed: company’s strategy, financial results, or the opening of the Swiss BU.

In addition, all team members were given the opportunity to openly present any project they were working on, addressing interesting ideas such as the project to develop TOP’s own corporate culture, sustainability, or technical aspects focused on improving our service to customers.

It was very enriching experience organised according to our #CollaborativeCulture.

During the afternoon of the first day and the morning of the second, we participated in the #TeamBuilding Next Level dynamic, developed by Mathieu Durrande and Elsa Lagariel, whose purpose is to reinforce team cohesion, reflect on the management culture and drive actions that continue TOP’s transformation process towards a collaborative organisation that advocates a Culture with a Positive Impact #TEAL.

Finally, we closed our annual seminar by visiting the beautiful coves of Menorca by boat.

Overall it was a great experience!

We are happy to continue strengthening the bonds with each member of this unique tribe and we are already counting down to the next TOPINAR, with the hope that it will find us even more integrated as a company, with a flexible organisational structure and a clear focus on human talent as a pillar of growth.
